We are coaches - not consultants.

RUBY was created and founded by coach, not a consultant.

The difference?


That means we're not here to simply give advice and watch you make decisions and hope for the best. We go with you on the journey. We're on your team. We're playing the same game, fighting the same fight you are. We win and lose as a team. If you just want advice, you can find countless videos and articles on any topic you can imagine. We suggest starting with YouTube; it's free and there is a lot of great content. But if you want true partner - that's RUBY.

We coach individuals, teams and organizations.

The industry term for much of what we do is Organizational Development.


Just know that we're the best and creating leaders who create leaders and solving problems both before and after you know they're a problem.


Here are the top 5 things we get asked to help with. Keep in mind we do a lot more than what you see here.


  1. Our leaders need to build better relationships with their team members.
  2. There is a very limited bench of future leaders.
  3. Problems happen and it takes us a long time to fix them, even small problems.
  4. Current processes are inefficient and frustrating and we haven't been able to fix them on our own.
  5. Culture varies from team to team - we're not unified in our efforts working towards a common goal. People just seem to be here for a paycheck.


Some of these things may be hard to admit for leaders. But they're issues every leader will face sometime in their career.

Coaching Programs

What does coaching look like?

It depends.


Do you need someone to be a keynote speaker for your annual sales conference to do some breakout sessions on leadership or sales training?

That might just be a few hours, maybe a day or two.


Do you need to get your mid-level managers to buy-in to the decision to raise prices?

That might be a little longer. 


Does your purchasing department have a poor reputation amongst the sales team?

As long as it takes to identify the issues, develop a plan, execute the plan and see the results.


Does your sales team need comprehensive sales training from 1st phone call to relationship building to continuing account management?

That could be on going.


We have services where we're in and out in 1 day and we have businesses where we're on a retained schedule. It's all based on what you want and customized accordingly.

COACHING PROGRAMS

Are you perfect?

Not at all. Part of improving is failing and how you comeback from that failure determines what your true longterm success will be. We're here to walk with you through successes and failures. We have a track record of success that we're very proud of but we'll never claim to be perfect.

What if we already have experts more experienced than you?

Great! Most of the business we work with have team members that are truly experts in their field. Many are incredibly knowledgable and it's of great value to us because we learn a lot from them when we work together. Where RUBY provides value even if we're working with incredible team members and businesses is in our overall process and applying our philosophy to every single detail. Remember: A coach exists 1st to help you see what you can't see on your own, and 2nd to give you the tools and motivation to maximize your success. We are good at bringing leadership, communication, culture and results into everything we do. That's the game changer.
