We can't really answer that yet. It depends on what you want us to help with. Because each relationship is different based on the project needs, the scope, content, etc., there's no good way to answer that with any specifics. Our baseline for scheduling coaching is in days and if it's a long project, we offer discounts for relationships scheduled by week, month or year.

Nothing. We don't add on travel or per diem expenses or any weird extra costs.

However, if you want to give us some cool company swag or a branded coffee cup or something we'll gladly accept.

That will be determined by the Coaching Program/s you go with. We'll schedule an agreed upon number of sessions per week/month/year per individual being coached. 

G.E.M. is usually at least 6-12 months per individual but can be ongoing.*

Coach the Coach is usually 3-12 months.*

Organizational Development relationships are often on going but can be project based*

Sales Training is either by day or by week*

Minimums. Coaching relationships have a minimum number of days required. 

Organizational Development projects can be done hourly but there are still minimums.

Once we decide we should work together we'll send you an agreement that has a high level outline of our schedule and our content. Until we have an authorized agreement back from you, there is no fee charged or obligation on your part. We do ask for a portion of the coaching fee with the signed agreement. Longer agreements require a smaller portion upfront.

By this point, we've already discussed timing and a start date for coaching so we've blocked our calendar off and are actively booking flights and hotels. We immediately start creating and organizing content. Our work for you and your team is starting now.

Honestly we have no idea what it'll cost until we talk to you.

For coaching relationships we'll put a realistic schedule together of what we think will provide the most value for your team and you'll know from there what the cost will look like.

Eventually, yes, some coaching can. We don't start virtually though. Again, we're coaches, not consultants so we're on the same team and need to really understand as many dynamics as possible so we can be as effective as possible.
